Calyx Software offers free technical
support to WebCaster subscribers and all licensed owners of Point who are using
version 5.3 or higher. Owners of retired versions will
become eligible for complimentary support when
they upgrade.
Technical support is available from Monday through Friday - closed on Fridays from 3:00PM -
4:00PM CST for
training and closed
on all federal holidays.

Change
of Address
Please let us know if you have a change of address. Maintaining

important product notices. The primary account holder
must print, complete, and fax the change of address request
form to (214) 780-0686.
