- FHA Loan Underwriting and Transmittal Summary – beginning 10/1/08, FHA will only accept loan submissions using this form. This new form replaces the MCAW for Purchase and Refinance transactions
- FHA HUD/VA Addendum – this form has also been updated and is required for use beginning 10/1/08
- CA Mortgage Loan Disclosure Statements (CA MLDS) – Point 6.2 has the form approved for use by the DRE as of 8/15/08
- Good Faith Estimate (GFE) – 6.2 returns to the 1-page legal size document
- Customizable Loan Comparisons – Loan comparison alternatives are now available in Point
